Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Customer Success / Solution Engineer to join our engineering team and be responsible for shepherding customers from the beginning of their engagement (POC) through to production. You will wear many hats: data engineering, application customization, operations and technical support. You will bring insights from actual implementations back to the application team that spur feature development.


  • Implementing, maintaining, monitoring and supporting our infrastructure
  • Implementing automation tools and frameworks for automatic code deployment (CI/CD)
  • Quality control and management of the code base
  • Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Writing scripts for service quality analysis, monitoring and operation
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues by deploying updates/fixes

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering a related field or equivalent real-world experience
  • You have prior experience as a software engineer
  • Familiarity with a programming language, preferably Typescript
  • Familiarity with IaC, preferably Terraform
  • Familiarity with at least one cloud provider(s) (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with containers, orchestration and packaging (Docker, K8s, Helm)
  • Familiarity with software release management and deployment (Github, Actions)
  • Familiarity with networking (CDN, DNS, VPN, LBs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, API-GW)
  • Solid understanding of software development principles and practices
  • Knowledge of system and platform security
  • You have good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • At least slightly comfortable talking with customers
  • Prior experience in finance domain would be helpful, but not necessary
